System Module & Functionalities
1. Resource Management System (Staff Planner, Assignment Planner, Task Allocation and Timesheet Management System)
- Staff Planner
Helps managers see who is available, what skills they have, and when they can work. This makes it easy to plan and avoid overloading staff. - Assignment Planner
Organizes projects or assignments by setting timelines, roles, and responsibilities. It ensures every assignment has the right people, budget, and deadlines. - Task Allocation
Breaks down assignments into smaller tasks and assigns them to the right staff. This makes work clear, prevents confusion, and helps track progress. - Timesheet Management System
Allows staff to record the hours they spend on each task, showing whether time is billable or non-billable. Managers can then review, approve, and generate reports for payroll, budgeting, or client billing.
2. Leave Management System
The Leave Management System helps staff to plan, request, and manage their leave in an organized way.
- Leave Planning: Staff can create their annual leave plans in advance and submit them for approval by their supervisor and the HR Manager.
- Leave Requests: Staff can request leave at any time—either based on their approved plan or in emergencies. The requests go through a step-by-step approval process involving the Supervisor, HRM, and Partner/Director.
- Reporting: The system automatically generates reports showing each staff’s leave entitlement, current balance, and leave history. This ensures fair planning, transparency, and compliance with company policies.
3. Staff Performance Appraisal
The Performance Appraisal & Management system helps the organization measure and improves employee performance.
- Performance Evaluation: It allows supervisors to review staff skills, contributions, and overall work performance, giving constructive feedback to support growth.
- Goal Setting & Review: Staff set clear goals in agreement with their supervisors, aligned with company standards, and progress is reviewed regularly.
- Assessment: Employees go through evaluations twice a year (self-assessment and supervisor assessment), ensuring fair performance tracking and career development.
4. Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
The HR Information System (HRIS) helps organizations manage all staff-related information and HR processes in one digital system.
