Joseph Marco Mbata
Managing Director
Joseph Marco Mbata is the Managing Director of Universe Advanced Technologies. Formerly, he worked with World Bank Group Tanzania as the ICT Expert, He worked with HLB Tanzania as the ICT Manager, He worked with Ernst & Young Global Limited (EY) as the Information System Auditor, He worked with Innovex Tanzania as ICT Auditor and Specialist, He worked with Tanzania Agricultural Catalytic Trust as ICT Specialist and M&E. He holds master of science in Information system management (MSc in ISM) from University of Dar es salaam. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSc in ICT) from St. Augustine university of Tanzania. He holds advanced diploma in information and Data security from University of South Africa. He is Certified Information System auditor (CISA) from ISACA. He is Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA.He completed course of Project Management Professional (PMP) from University of Australia. He completed course of TOGAF (9) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in United States of America. He is certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA). He is the registered member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is the registered Member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). He is member of Tanzania Information Technology Association (TITA). He is the registered member of associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP).
Charles Mwakalinga

Charles holds a postgraduate degree in ICT policy development. He holds bachelor of science and electronics from university of Dar salaam. He holds Certificate of Advanced Telecommunication and Radio Engineering from Civil Aviation Training Centre (CATC), Dar Es Salaam, 1989. He holds certificate of advanced microprocessor technologies from Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT),1993. He holds certificate of Network essential from NIT India, 1999. Justine Kifua
Technical Support Manager
Justine has more than 5 years of experience in ICT technical support. He holds a Bachelor of science in Computer science from the University of Dodoma. Justine specialized in Information Technology technical support to resolve different issues related to the ICT. Kivan Fungo
ICT Technical Support Expert
Mr. Kivan Fungo is a dedicated and skilled ICT professional with a strong background in technical support, system maintenance, and network administration. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, an Ordinary Diploma, and a Basic Certificate in Information and Communication Technology from the College of Business Education (CBE). Over the years, Mr. Fungo has gained practical experience in computer systems installation and configuration, software deployment, network troubleshooting, and end-user support. He has successfully handled tasks such as installing and maintaining operating systems (Windows 8, Windows 10 Pro), removing viruses, resolving hardware and software issues, and performing system updates and backups. His participation in specialized training such as the Huawei Operating and Maintenance Client Program has strengthened his knowledge of ICT infrastructure and client support environments.
Mr. Fungo’s career goal is to apply his technical expertise and problem-solving skills in an organization that values innovation and efficiency.
